Twilight

Thinking John Denver's Rocky Mountain High?  I had a fascination with brown oak leaves one year.  Here it makes for a rocky mountain look.  First use of a night sky and more intense background color– note the star constellation “Orion’s Belt” or “The Three Sisters” (3 stars in a row).  I used to see this constellation every night once when I was sick and somehow found it comforting.  I also have 3 sisters!

Poplar, elm, viburnum, iris, back side of a butterfly bush (silver leaf).

As leaves are biodegradable and will fade and deteriorate quickly, original Art is scanned immediately after creation, preserving their beauty long after originals are gone.   Enjoy!
